Everyday
here at broughton deli our team of cooks and counter staff are
dedicated to creating and serving freshly prepared food from top
quality produce. We use organic and free-range ingredients as much as
possible and try to support other local shops and suppliers by buying
their produce rather than those from bigger corporations!
Our
aim is to offer delicious freshly prepared dishes for customers who
enjoy food. We have a plenty of seating so you have the
choice to
eat in or take away.

made on the premises recipes; home cooked free-range ham,
rare
roast beef, marinated free-range pork, pesto, hummus, baba ghanoush,
hot smoked trout pate, pasta sauces, varieties of chutney’s and
preserves, muesli, granola, oatcakes, biscotti, roasted nuts, freshly
baked cakes and tarts and so the list goes on.
We
are constantly increasing our range of in house products so the best
way to find out about them is to drop in and see us or give us a ring
or e-mail. We look forward to serving you with food we are confident
you will appreciate and enjoy.
As
well as all the tasty food that we prepare, we stock also lots of good
quality staples, like Au Gourmand freshly baked bread and patisseries,
Brewster’s organic eggs, Clyde Organic milk, Ramsay’s of Carluke
free-range bacon, a good selection of Scottish artisan cheeses,
Kalliston award winning olive oil, marinated olives, “Artisan Roast”
coffee, pasta, rice, jams, honey’s and selected loose teas.
